By now, I'm sure everyone has seen the pictures/video of that kid getting tased at the Phillies game the other day. Here's CSNNE's Michael Felger's take on the incident, and on Philly fans in general. Both hilarious and absolutely true. Philly fans are a disgrace to humanity.
